My back to wall toilet arrived in good time, my plumbers said it was excellent value for money and easy to install. The only problem that arose at very last minute was the fixings for toilet seat were missing. On emailing my problem Ella Haycock( customer service) picked up my problem and dealt with it on a bank holiday weekend. She phoned me with the news that replacement would be with me by Wednesday. That is what I call service.
