Tile samples were easy to order and arrived very quickly. They were properly packaged and were not damaged in any way. Checking the tiles you want by ordering a sample is crucial to make sure it is the colour you want.

I had a large order delivered where unfortunately one of the items was damaged. I submitted a report online (in the evening) and received a response the next morning. Imo Peters in the Resolutions Department arranged for a replacement which is scheduled to arrive in 1-2 working days. Really quick resolution and such an easy and pain-free process. It is so refreshing to have such great customer service - thank you.
