If you live in an older property, there’s a good chance you have a low-pressure gravity-fed system. This shower valve requires a minimum pressure of 0.5 bar therefore we recommend installing a negative or universal pump (sold separately). Please note: Positive pumps will not work.

does ball joint mean you can tilt shower head? is the height fixed or can you adjust while taking shower

Hi there Mani, This Nova Square Thermostatic Shower Kit requires a cold feed on the right and a hot feed on the left (looking at the shower head-on). The positioning of the feeds in this way is standard practice so unfortunately, this won't be suitable for your requirements. All the best, Shaun

Works Extremely Well

Wanted a waterfall shower, wife needed hand held shower and we needed to fill the bath too. This works really, isn't too short (I'm 5'10" and there's loads of extra height). The thermostatic magic works too. Even my plumber said he would be recommending.

It is adjustable people

I am writing this review for the people who have said this is too short. I totally understand why you’d think it is so short, it took me some time before I figured out how to extend the bar…anyway to extend the bar, undo side lock and then unscrew back Allen key screws, then pull the top part from the bottom quite hard, and that’s the trick, just need to apply some strength to the pull. I agree with the rest of the reviews, it’s a nice product.

Really Tiny!

Shower looks lovely and is of (Misty) good quality materials. The downfall is how short it is! It does not extend far enough at all - either bath spout ends up half way up the wall, or the shower head is half way down the wall. A optional extension pole would be very useful!

Beautiful but just so short!

Wish we'd spotted the previous reviews/measured this up against our bathtub properly. Having had a joint shower and bath filler before, we didn't imagine it would cause any problems. The shower itself looks beautiful but unfortunately it's just so short, even when the shower head is fully extended (and it does feel slightly wobbly when extended fully). I can fit under it even though it does feel snug (5ft 2) but my partner (6ft) doesn't stand a chance. We've already installed and made holes in our new tiles so can't return either and will now have to explore buying a whole new set. Would be so much better with an additional middle pole to extend further up for those who need it - even just as an optional extra. Please check the height before buying!!

An excellent shower kit

An excellent shower kit with 3 way function, the tap folds away which is a great function, the main shower head gives a lovely waterfall shower and the hand held is easy to handle, good quality build and fully functional.
