Looks good but quality could be better
8th April 2025The shower looked great in our new en-suite when installed. However, where we have used the clamp to fix the head, the pole has become very easily dented all the way up after some light usage. This doesn’t look great at all and I’ve never seen it happen before. On adjusting the clamp and head, the shower head fell down onto the tray (everyone’s done it!) and on the first time this happened, the head snapped right off and I have had to superglue it back on. It was from a height of about 1.2m. Hasn’t really stood the test of time (the test of time being a mere 2 weeks.) We bought this as it wasn’t the cheapest on offer, but seemed good value. Maybe we should’ve just gone super budget.

11th March 2025Bought to replace a standard handheld on the wall, which already had fixings so it was a key requirement to have adjustable fixings to the wall which this ticked the box. Installation is simple and takes around 15 minutes, quality of the product is great and the diverter being metal as opposed to plastic alternatives makes the difference. Very happy with the product
