When powered via USB, the screen remains active continuously. However, when powered by batteries, the product enters a dormant state after 10 seconds of inactivity. During this dormant state, the screen is black and inactive. Touching the keys or using infrared sensing will automatically turn the screen back on.

Larger pallet couriers will contact you on the day to let you know a rough time for delivery, due to the size and cost, a signature is always required.
