Sink Your Shot Challenge Terms and Conditions

We're giving two lucky Bolton Wanderers fans the chance to take part in Victorian Plumbing's Sink Your Shot Challenge! 

To run this challenge successfully, we're going to need to lay down some Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions to enter the 'Sink Your Shot Challenge'

1. COMPETITION AND HOW TO ENTER

This competition is for two Bolton Wanderers fans to win the chance to compete against each other in the Sink Your Shot Challenge. This challenge will be taking place on the 23rd of November 2024 in the Bolton Wanderers v. Blackpool match. 

To enter, all entrants MUST have a ticket for the match, and be attending it. Entrants must also complete the survey posted by Bolton Wanderers that can be found on their Twitter account and their email. 

2. DATES (18/11/24 - 22/11/24) 

Competition entry will start on Monday 18th November 2024 (12:00) and ends on Friday 22nd November 2024 (12:00). Any entries after this time will not be eligible for entry into the competition. 

The winners will be chosen at random and will be contacted via Bolton Wanderers marketing team on 22/11/24.

The challenge will take place during halftime on match day, 23/11/24; entrants must ensure that they will be available to compete during halftime. 

3. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

You must be 18 years or older and not directly associated with Bolton Wanderers F.C. or Victorian Plumbing.

APPROVAL - To be approved to compete in the challenge, you must complete the competition survey provided by Bolton Wanderers (on Bolton Wanderer's Twitter page or by email). 

DISAPPROVAL - Any 'applications' that are not approved, at our discretion, will NOT be entered into the challenge. Anyone found to use multiple accounts to enter will be ineligible. 

4. THE PRIZE 

The chance to compete in the Sink Your Shot Challenge during halftime of the 23/11/24 match between Bolton Wanderers and Blackpool will be awarded to the winning entrants. 

No more than 2 entrants will be allowed to compete in the challenge. 

The winning entrant will receive the option to choose between a signed Bolton shirt or the chance to play in the next round of the Sink Your Shot Challenge. If the entrant wins the challenge, they will receive a Victorian Plumbing voucher worth £2,500 to be used on products across the Victorian Plumbing retail website. The prize will be awarded to the winner of the competition and their order will be sent to their UK address.

Purchases using the voucher cannot be exchanged and winnings can not be transferred; if winning entrants are unavailable or cannot compete, new winners will be chosen. 

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS 

Victorian Plumbing must publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. 

To comply with this obligation Victorian Plumbing may publish the name of the prize winner alongside their social media handle. If you object to any or all of your details being published please contact press@victorianplumbing.co.uk. In this event, we must still provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 

6) MISCELLANEOUS 

1. Victorian Plumbing will not be held responsible for the actions of the winner(s) of this competition 

2. Entrants must be over 18 prior to the start date

3. Multiple entries will not be accepted 

4. Failure to respond or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize

We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the challenge at any time where it becomes necessary to do so.
