We're On The Tele!

It's the start of a new era at Victorian Plumbing as we make our TV debut.

There have been some exciting times at Victorian Plumbing lately. We’ve been busy working behind the scenes to create a new TV advertising campaign to showcase exactly why our customers recommend us, and we’re happy to announce that today is the day that it finally makes its debut!

The concept

The completion of this ad is the result of a lot of hard work on behalf our ourselves, as well as Manchester-based One Marketing Communications who came up with the treatment, Marc Ingham who directed it and Chief Productions who produced it. The idea was to create a campaign which showed the level of trust between the customer and the brand. This has been achieved by placing an emphasis on our high TrustPilot rating as the key element which the advert is centred around.

When buying online, the vast choice of retailers can be a little daunting, especially for purchases such as bathrooms. Victorian Plumbing truly stands out from the rest with our focus on great customer stories.”

The advert features a voiceover which explains why our customers rave about our service, while three separate bathrooms, each with their own unique style are shown on screen with various people in each setting; such as a young couple with a trendy modern bathroom and a posh couple with a timeless traditional setting. This reflects not only the fantastic products we have to offer, but also the diversity of our customers. We have something for everyone at Victorian Plumbing.

Beginning of a new chapter

The advert comes as a result of fantastic levels of success for the company in recent years. Since our beginnings in 1999, we’ve gone from strength to strength, so we felt that the time was right to take the plunge into the world of TV advertising.

This campaign truly marks the beginning of a new era for Victorian Plumbing. We’ve been putting plans for a television advert together for a while but now that vision has become a reality; and we’re very pleased with the outcome!
