Firstly the quality is great. Looks really amazing with wooden panelling in a Victorian house. I have two issues. The instructions that came with the standing taps and online mention nowhere about the taps feeding through the tub. It describes them as stand alone, in which case they are totally unstable. As this comes as a package the bath tap holes should have been pre drilled or instructions to drill holes. Secondly, the toilet handle doesn’t properly connect to the cistern. My plumber who is finishing the bathroom is going to have to work out a fix for this, which is we shouldn’t have to do, pay extra for. If Victorian plumbing fix these two issues it would be 5 star. I emailed Victoria plumbing re the taps and never had a response back. No customer service number either.
