Hi Jo. the estimated delivery shown on the product page is only an indication. We calculate postage based on item delivery location, so the postcode you are entering must be deemed to be a remote area, for example, the Scottish highlands.

The fittings on this product appear to be chrome/silver, can the seat be supplied with 'gold' fittings instead?

THis toilet is great for my daughter who has just turned 2 and i am toilet training. Easy to fit, easy to clean and looks smart. WOULD RECOMMEND

Why didn't we do this before!

This seat is brilliant, we have a 1 year old learning and a 3 year old who is well able to use this seat. Lovely quality, heavily, solid, looks good, very easy to fit. No more trainer seats or potties clogging up the bathroom. We have just bought a second one. Would recommend to anyone with kids.

Great Family Solution

I purchased this to replace a cheaper plastic seat that had cracked. It is as heavy as you would expect and the small seat sits easily back into place in the seat making it very sturdy but easy to use. Was easy to install and only took a few minutes. The finish is flawless and it certainly feels like it will last much longer than my previous seat. Overall very happy!

Excellent item.Exactly what I wanted. Very good quality. However, it took 18 days to arrive when delivery information stated 3-5 days and there was absolutely no communication from Victorian Plumbing in the meantime. Very poor customer service. I would not use this website again due to this.

fantastic seat

Fantastic family toilet seat fitted easily, my daughter is 2 and a half and is using the seat easily and now able (with the use of a stool) to get off the toilet herself. Saves having to have extra equipment in the toilet and time when speed is required! Worth the money even though would always like to pay less!
