Larger pallet couriers will contact you on the day to let you know a rough time for delivery, due to the size and cost, a signature is always required.
We always suggest someone is home to accept the delivery, as missing your delivery may result in a re-delivery fee being charged.

If you have not received a calling card, we will be able to assist you in re-booking delivery. Please note, once your order has begun to be picked at our warehouse, you will not be able to make any further additions.

If you are ordering other in-stock items alongside this, please be aware your shipment will be held until all items are ready to be dispatched. If you would like to arrange a split delivery, please let the team know as soon as your order is confirmed.

We can only deliver and accept signatures from the delivery address as per the order.
