Hi, Unfortunately the connections are in a fixed welded position which does not allow for the connections to be turned 180 degrees. Thanks. Technical Team.

can this be used with electric element for summer months?

Chatsworth Traditional Towel Rail

Wrong screws supplied

Build quality looks good, however be aware that the wrong type of screws were supplied for screwing the tile rail to the floor and wall - pan-head 'posidriv' screws (60mm length, so over-long for this application). As an engineer, I'd specify raised countersunk slotted screws of 40mm absolute maximum length for this job. In fact, the screws for the floor mounted bracket should be a little shorter at 30mm length. Otherwise the screw ends up going right through the floorboard and possibly puncturing a pipe, of worse still an electrical cable.

Absolutely stunning but not warm enough

This radiator is absolutely beautiful in the flesh, and really complete the room, especially when fitted along with the Chatsworth range. It's quite small which suits a small bathroom. Although we have a small bathroom, and we figured this would be fine, it doesn't generate enough heat to warm the bathroom. It's expensive for its small size, and it's too late to send it back now unfortunately.
