Its close-coupled design hides all pipes within the casings, giving this compact toilet a distinctly streamlined feel. It projects 690mm from the wall and is made from durable white gloss china that cleans easily and resists stains. A classic wooden seat is supplied, complete with chrome finished hinges to prevent any slamming. This particular option includes a white Soft Close toilet seat.

Wooden toilet seat is available in a variety of colours and finishes.

Good Product

I bought this unit but the seat cover crashes into the flush handle and the customer rejected it because it would sometimes not stay open. I threw away the siphon and the handle and paid for another syphon and push flush button which went flat with the cistern. My client was very happy after. Although I complained, the supplier asked for pictures and videos but never attended to the matter. I accepted it as my loss. If I have to buy another for a client, I must add the cost of a siphon and a push flush button. And that is unfair. The manufacturers do not seem to try out their designs before pushing them out to buyers.

Good, but?

This is a very nice loo, but the plumber pointed out that it has a design fault: the manufacturer should make the cistern 2" wider as currently the seat lids rest on the handle! Luckily they stay up, but it's not right. Victoria Plumbing packed a 2nd (smaller?) loo seat with my order, possibly because they know of this problem. But the official seat is superior, which is why we've used it. A pity, and I hope the manufacturer will note this.

Great ceramics. Terrible seat

Really great pan & cistern (am purchasing another one) but most uncomfortable seat I've ever sat on! White plastic seat worse than wood effect ones but edges on the seat make it very uncomfortable. Have bought smooth, rounded seat from Screwfix which works perfectly.

Looks Great but Some Niggles

Looks great and fits in with our bathroom really well. We've had it fitted for about 8 months now. There are some issues. As mentioned in other reviews, the toilet seat lid rests on the flush handle when in the up position. It hasn't damaged our lid but it does mark it and dent it. The lid to the cistern doesn't fit, like, at all. It's just sat on top, floating around. The flush mechanism is so so poor. It's so floppy and feels really bad quality. Our plumber had to modify it because at first it made a squeezing noise every time it was flushed! The hole in the middle of the pan (where the water sits) is really not central, I might be nip picking with this but I mean, come on. So overall I would say I give it a C - must try harder next time!
