With its bidet wash function, heated seat and dryer, the Metro Smart Toilet is a luxurious and hygienic choice. This multifunctional toilet is also compact – it projects just 650mm from your wall. Simply set the temperature of the seat, jet, and dryer to suit, twist the water nozzle and you're good to go. The control panel is simple to use, and thanks to its power-saving features, you'll not only economise on toilet paper but electricity too. This pan has a soft close toilet seat that glides silently shut and a geometric shape that's ideal for modern bathrooms.

I am installing the drainage and first fix plumbing please could you tell me what side of the cistern is the inlet valve , also is the toilet out let through the wall or directly into the floor, also does the item come with the t - valve as per the instructions many thanks shaun

Hi Shaun, The cold water inlet is on the left as you view front on, the T Valve is included and you can take the soil pipe away horizontally or use a bent pan connector to the left or right and down through the floor. Thanks. Technical Team.

Rear of pan waste connection & water feed

Hi Tony, The cistern does sit flush to the wall but the toilet pan waste area does not sit flush there is a 150mm approx. gap. Thanks. Technical Team.

We want to buy two Metro Smart toilets however we have two different exits for the waste one is through the wall horizontal and the other one is through the bottom (ground) therefore we need two different exists just curious if you have from both? Looking forward to hear from you.

Toilet/bidet

It hasn’t actually been installed yet, as there is a delay with the Fitter. As I live on my own it’s too heavy for me to unpack but I’m hoping all is ok, as I had a previous one delivered and fitted with no problem.

Does Not Last

I can see other comments relating to the toilet which highlight the huge issue of the brittle seat. We have had two of these toilets, one which gets little use, however both have now developed serious cracks in the seats which will soon cause it to break. These appear over the pads on the underside. As these complaints have been made over a number of years I am surprised that changes have not been made. It is not an economic option if you have to replace the seat every one or two years!!! Beware.

Not Built to Last

I am now on my third seat in 2 years. I love the functions of this seat but the plastic is brittle and they start to crack then you have to throw them away and buy new.

Just The Ticket!

We have had a bidet in our home for 15 years, but when we moved there was no room for one. However, this smart toilet seat fulfils the necessary functions. Very easy to use, functions well and saves water. Our plumber had it installed in no time. Recommended.

I wish I'd bought it years ago!

My husband and I love this toilet. A previous review says it changed his life and we would agree. Its just lovely and having a warm seat in winter is amazing. You need to press the controls yourself but it's so much easier than toilet paper. Also the price! Wow. We didn't think we could afford a Japanese style toilet but we could and we're so glad we have it.

Great product but needs detachable control

We bought this toilet bidet for our elderly mum in 2020, as she didn't want one that looked like the usual type of "disabled" toilet. She has a problem with her right shoulder and now can't turn to look down at the controls. As such, if mum wants to use the bidet, we have to do it for her. I fully appreciate that this toilet/bidet is not claiming to be for disabled people. It would be great for all users if the controls could be detachable or even had the option of fixing them in a convenient place on the wall. I've tried out the toilet bidet. I don't have any mobility issues , but I can't say the control panel is easy to see as you have to twist around to see it properly and that's such a shame. Love the product in general, but the design could be improved.
