Overview

If you want to achieve a minimalist look in your kitchen then the clean, simplistic lines of the Murcia Brushed Steel Kitchen Tap will provide a stunning complement to this aesthetic.

Featuring a side mounted lever handle to control the pressure and temperature of the water, the Murcia Kitchen Tap also has a pull out rinser spray which makes it easier for you to tackle daily tasks such as the preparation of food as it enables you to focus the water on a specific area.

Made using durable brass internals, this tap is presented in a brushed steel finish which gives it a slightly more unique look than the usual polished chrome options. The hose is manufactured using a hi-grade plastic.

The Murcia comes supplied with fittings and needs at least 1 Bar minimum water pressure in order to work correctly. A 5 year guarantee comes with this item.

Can you confirm how far the spray head pulls out of the main tap

Hi, when the hose is in the fixed position, the flow is still more like a spray than a regular flow. Thank you.

Lovely tap - fitting a problem

This tap is a very nice design and it functions well in tap and spray mode. The instructions that came with it were for different taps that were nothing like this tap. Fitting has been a problem as the semicircular brass ring that fits the underside of the tap to the sink was too big for the thread on the base of the tap. When it was tightened by hand and then the two Philips screws tightened to stop it moving the whole brass fitting slipped and loosened the tap. I tried closing the brass fitting in a vice and it broke in half due to the holes drilled in the side of the fitting weakening the brass. I had to use the fitting off the old tap that I modified so that the pipes would go through. I believe this is a design fault or the brass fitting was machined incorrectly. I would therefore suggest that unless you are handy and able to improvise I would sadly suggest you buy a different tap.

"This turns out to be a little larger in pipe diameter and robust in its design than the photo might suggest. This is because the pipe houses a internal flexible hose that pulls out to facilitate spray cleaning/rinsing. The black button on the end changes between normal supply and spray. The tap control can be positioned to left, right or central as per photo. Good quality and value. "
