Larger pallet couriers will contact you on the day to let you know a rough time for delivery, due to the size and cost, a signature is always required.
We always suggest someone is home to accept the delivery, as missing your delivery may result in a re-delivery fee being charged.

If you have not received a calling card, we will be able to assist you in re-booking delivery. If you would like to upgrade your delivery or arrange to split your delivery, you can do this via the help centre.

If you are ordering other in-stock items alongside this, please be aware your shipment will be held until all items are ready to be dispatched. If you would like to arrange a split delivery, please let the team know as soon as your order is confirmed.

We can only deliver and accept signatures from the delivery address as per the order.
