How Will My Order Be Sent Out?
Courier Delivery
- For parcel deliveries, we will use a courier service.
- The standard parcel service time scale is an estimated 3-10 working days.
- We have an express option which you can choose at the time of placing your order (UK Mainland only).
- Each item will be carefully packaged and distributed to our courier after being dispatched from our warehouse.
Pallet Delivery
- A pallet service is required on larger items.
- The standard pallet service time scale is an estimated 3-10 working days.
- We have an express option which you can choose at the time of placing your order (UK Mainland only).
- When your order is processed and given to our courier, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date.
- Our standard pallet service offers delivery to the kerbside, couriers will not be able to move pallets or goods inside the property.

Can I Collect My Order Instead?
You can collect your order from our Formby Showroom. At checkout select 'In Store Pickup' We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Do You Ship Internationally?
We are happy to announce our international delivery service for our overseas customers. Larger orders to countries we ship to will have an option allowing you to request a quote. The quote will be made available to you within 24 hours. Our trade team will contact you to discuss this. Smaller orders will calculate automatically.
If you do not see your location or country listed in the checkout process, we may still be able to ship to you. Please drop us an email at info@victorianplumbing.co.uk and include your Unique Basket Code (click 'Save & Email Basket' in the My Basket page to generate this) and Location.

Free Standard Delivery is available to most of the UK on orders over £499 (note: some exclusions apply). Please enter your delivery postcode into the 'Calculate Delivery' form during the checkout process for more information).
All delivery charges are inclusive of VAT. The total delivery charge will be displayed prior to confirming your order based on your postcode and size of order.
All Items are available to be collected from the store, though please be aware items cannot normally be collected on the same day as ordering.
Express items ordered must all be items currently in stock and held at our distribution warehouse. Orders must be fully completed and terms and conditions agreed to no later than 12 noon for a express service. Please note: For a express Saturday service, goods should be ordered by 12 noon. For larger pallet items on any order date, orders must be placed and accepted before 12 noon. Please note UK Bank Holidays will impact express service.
Day Specific Delivery enables customers to select a specific day on which they require their goods to be delivered; this service is not available on all locations or types of delivery.
