Key to achieving a leak free system was to make sure that the gap for the door was 659mm and that the door edges were vertical. Slight adjustments in the horizontal were taken up by the two glass panels settling into the two Bottom profiles - in this case one was long and one was short due to the 1200 x 800mm Left hand Offset Quadrant. Pre-measurement on the shower base using the two different Bottom profiles along with the two Bottom seats meant that the door gap could be set to the required 659mm which led to the two Wall frames being positioned correctly relative to the Bottom profiles and seats. Using a squeegee initially to remove the excess water after a shower along with a synthetic chamois leather to remove the remaining water leaves the shower looking as good as when it was first installed. This was a self-install but I did teach Design and Technology for 19 years. All my pupils were always made aware of reading the instructions thoroughly and also always doing dry runs on installations along with accuracy to within 1mm.
