Hello, I have a sloped ceiling, can one of the arms be cut to size to allow for a level fit?

Can the ceiling supports be repositioned on the rail so they are in the middle rather than on the side?

Hi Jo, no, the ball joints are soldered to the actual rail and then the legs are just attached when installing. Hope this helps, thanks.

Can the support be cut down so as to reduce the distance between ring and ceiling?

A first class well made product with an excellent chrome finish. Superbly packaged and delivered promptly. Does need two people to fix to the ceiling over the bath.. Nicely done Victorian Plumbing.

A bit tricky to fit, as it wants screwing into the ceiling joists, and I needed to put some extra wood up because the joists weren't just the right distance apart for it. Worth it though, as once it's up it's very functional and looks pretty stylish.
