Great price, looks expensive and looks great in my kitchen!

As someone else has said, for the average sink, the pipe from the overflow to the plug waste is far too long. This would be ok except for the fact that the pipe has ends on it that are designed to fit over the overflow and waste fittings. I had no choice but to cut the pipe down to the correct length but this meant cutting off the fitting for the overflow. This then resulted in the pipe not fitting back over the overflow connection. I ended up getting a sharp knife and shaving off plastic around the overflow fitting until the pipe would go over, I then secured it with a jubilee clip. A lot of faffing around but it is now fitted ok. Apart from that, the unit is good quality and I like the little cover for the overflow.

Looks good on first inspection, unsure the brass finish will last very long as it appears to be just a thin surface treatment rather than a real brass finish which I was expecting. However not fitted as yet so only time will tell on the finish’s durability. Also a little disappointed that the overflow grill doesn’t have a suitable rubber or similar gasket between it and the sink itself.
