Chatsworth

We had this installed and 2 years later the plumber came to look at it as it was stiff. The cartridge was completely built up with lime-scaled and totally impossible to remove. Thankfully, VP kindly replaced the entire unit and we aim to descale to cartridge every few months - now here's the problem... trying to find a wrench to successfully remove the cartridge is proving insanely difficulty. My partner has ordered 5 different wrenches and none fit!! we have now ordered one from Germany to see if it fits. The cartridge is set back within the central circle and and SO difficult to get to. The search continues...

Bought this as replacement as child dropped item in original & cracked it. Fitted perfectly onto vanity unit & is very sturdy, heavy basin. Large size & good depth too. Is quite pricey though, especially relative to what I paid for full suite it was in originally.

The product looks fantastic as much of the Chatsworth items do, however the connection for the shower head projects out and clashed with our tiles so we had to get another product. Ideally the pipework connections would be angled or have a bend to accommodate!
