Would you be able to fit the vanity unit flush against the toilet unit in the same range? Without it being uncomfortable when sitting on the toilet.

Hi, I have had a look at the dimensions of the Chatsworth Traditional Grey Toilet Unit and they are not the same as the Chatsworth Traditional Grey Vanity. The Chatsworth Traditional Grey Vanity would project out more than the toilet unit. This would be personal preference for comfort. I hope this helps

Don't buy

Agree with other reviews, looks great initially. But sadly, cheap MDF had split within a few months (see other similar reviews for Chatsworth products, especially toilet seats). The instructions state to wipe all splashes immediately but say it is water resistant. It really isn't practical for me to supervise all usage and immediately wipe any moisture. Not really signed for wear and tear and family usage.

Back Panel

For the price of this I was surprised that no thought had gone into the actual practicality of the back panel being flush with the wall so no room for plumbing, had to cut into sides for pipe work which of course will void the warranty. Also the shelf is pretty useless as you need to cut into that for waste trap to fit. I have taken note of all the other comments ref sealant.

Good quality. Sturdy. Looks great

Really happy with this product. It is of good quality and delivery was quick. Only issues to be aware of is that there is no back panel to hide pipe work. Holes will need to be drilled in the base, but that is easy enough with the appropriate size of drill bits (I used 40mm hole saw for the pipe and 18mm for the water pipes)

Solid, well made vanity unit

Cabinet came prebuilt. Doors required zero adjustment. Comes with soft close hinges. Fits fully to the wall which allows no pipe routing. If pipe work comes out of the wall and is high enough then not a problem. Pipes from the floor require drilling/cutting of the unit and the exposed cuts sealing against water. Good storage space especially if using a compact bottle trap. Fitted 2 of these now as the in-laws bought one after seeing ours.

Non-Matching Hardware

Recently purchased this unit for our bathroom alongside the matching toilet and storage cabinet. It's a nice set, however, the handles on the storage unit and the vanity are a different colour to the button and hinge on the toilet.

Lovely unit, but beware of any water run off...

This is a lovely unit, really well made and looks fabulous.I do have one issue to warn people of though - if water runs off the sides slightly at the back (which ours has done partly due to having children, partly due to combining with a waterfall tap which sometimes hits the back of the sink rather than falling into the sink) then be careful. Our has warned slightly at the back at the bottom at both sides which is a shame given how much a new bathroom costs to install. Still looks lovely but I have to hide these corners. I don?t know what the suggestion would be - a little lip of silicone sealant at each side to stop this maybe.
