23rd February 2025The seat seems sturdy and well made. Thesoft close mechanism means that the chrome is rather fat looking and I do not like the nameplate on the inside of the seat. Had I noticed that before I would probably not have bought it. The packaging was excellent and the instructions thorough but we had to ask someone to help us. It is very difficult replacing a loo seat. I was pleased with the information on dimensions etc and measured carefully but it still ended up too big really.

14th November 2024I purchased this toilet seat for both a Lauren Pro close couples wc and a BTW . It worked well on the btw but the bolts were not long enough to secure the seat on the close coupled pan . I got around it by reusing old bolts but be aware if your porcelain is thick where the seat fixes. The seat quality however is excellent
