does the cistern overflow internally or does it require external overflow pipe? \thanks

Hi, the toilet siphon has an internal overflow mechanism. If the water was to overflow it would simply dispense into the toilet bowl/pan. Hope this helps, please let me know if you have any further questions.

hi,when you say the water inlet is bottom left is that when you look at the cistern face on?

If I am not home when the delivery arrives, what happens?

Larger pallet couriers will contact you on the day to let you know a rough time for delivery, due to the size and cost, a signature is always required.
We always suggest someone is home to accept the delivery, as missing your delivery may result in a re-delivery fee being charged.

If the courier has left you a calling card you may contact them directly to rearrange delivery for a more convenient time. If you have not received a calling card, we will be able to assist you in re-booking delivery. Can I modify an existing order?

Orders can be updated and modified up until the picking process begins. To amend your order please get in touch via Live Chat or by emailing us at info@victorianplumbing.co.uk.

If you would like to upgrade your delivery or arrange to split your delivery, you can do this via the help centre.
Please note, once your order has begun to be picked at our warehouse, you will not be able to make any further additions.

Can you leave my delivery with a neighbour if necessary?

We can only deliver and accept signatures from the delivery address as per the order.

Beautiful but Could Be More Functional

This suite looks amazing, but the flush mechanism is very poor and needed replacing. The placement of the handle is too close to the flushing mechanism, making institutional difficult, flushing is poor.

Beautiful

Love this suite. The basin is deep and there is no recessed area for soap - a positive as it means you can use that area as a shelf. The only downside is that water can pond on the basin shelf, but my plumber fixed the back of the basin slightly higher to allow water to drain forward. The loo seat is plastic, but totally fine.
