Hi there, Thank you for your question. If you were stood looking at the item the water inlet would be on the bottom left-hand side. As a legal requirement nowadays the overflow is internal. Kind Regards.

Is the flush (not fill) meant to clunk when it's finished flushing?

Hi, The clunk type noise that you can hear is only the lift plunger in the syphon returning to the closed position. As you will appreciate this action needs to be firm to ensure a water-tight seal. Thanks. Technical Team.

Hello there, To take the cistern off this Bianco Close Coupled Modern Toilet, you will first need to remove its fixings from the pan. Isolate and then disconnect the water supply to the cistern, then slide the whole toilet forward to access the cistern bolts. Once the nuts holding the cistern to the pan have been removed, we recommend using a sponge absorb any residual water in the cistern before lifting it out. All the best, Shaun

Is this toilet suitable for left & right soil pipe connection?

Hi, the pan is designed for a horizontal waste pipe however there is a gap of 130mm between the pan and wall. There are a range of pan connectors a plumber may be able to use to enable the waste to go either to the left or right. We sell a flexible pan connector (FLXPANC). Thanks.

Please can you confirm the maximum projection from back of the wall to front of the Pan, I can't seem to make it out from given dimension.

Great Value Modern toilet

Really pleased with the style and price of the Bianco Close coupled toilet. Easily installed by a competent DIY, (although a tip is to put on the toilet SEAT brackets, before installing the toilet, making it easier to access and tighten screws, which are positioned underneath). Also beware that the toilet base projection is 580mm from the wall. The projection dimension shown online as 670mm, is from the wall to the 'top' part of the basin, which slopes away at the base. We ended up having to use a few spare floor tiles to cover the gap left from our old toilet on the existing floor. No problem if you're laying a floor after installation.

Great Flush

Having had a weak flushing toilet in my previous house. I was keen to find a toilet which could deal with high fibre diets if you know what I mean. After extensive research and reading loads of reviews I decided to go for this one. I've had no issues with this toilet so far and it's been installed and in use for several months now. If your looking for a modern toilet with a great flush then this is the one you want. I'm getting the same one for the downstairs bathroom we are currently building.

Strong Flush

Having had flush problems with my toilet in our previous house multiple times, if you know what I mean, which led to blockages and the plunger coming out. I wanted to make sure the toilet I bought as part of our new home bathroom renovation was up to the job. I researched all the main bathroom online retailers, reading multiple reviews etc checking out the litre per flush type to make sure enough water would go through with enough power. I finally settled on this toilet and so far it hasn't let me down. You have the economy flush and the full flush which has enough power to send everything down. I'm sorting the downstairs toilet out so this will also be going into that room.

Nice Suite
