Does this come with the basin?

Hi. I am confused by the dimensions on this unit. The description says it is 550mm wide, but the dimensions diagram says it is 514mm wide. As I need this unit to replace an existing 550mm cabinet, this is important. Btw: the height dimensions also differ by 5mm
