If I am not home when the delivery arrives, what happens?

Larger pallet couriers will contact you on the day to let you know a rough time for delivery, due to the size and cost, a signature is always required.
We always suggest someone is home to accept the delivery, as missing your delivery may result in a re-delivery fee being charged.

If the courier has left you a calling card you may contact them directly to rearrange delivery for a more convenient time. If you have not received a calling card, we will be able to assist you in re-booking delivery. Can I modify an existing order?

Orders can be updated and modified up until the picking process begins. To amend your order please get in touch via Live Chat or by emailing us at info@victorianplumbing.co.uk.

If you would like to upgrade your delivery or arrange to split your delivery, you can do this via the help centre.

Ideal

I bought this radiator as I needed both a towel rail but also a good amount of heat for the 12’x6’ bathroom. I have not been disappointed. The bonus is that it looks absolutely stunning.

Fabulous

This radiator is a game changer for my very cold Edwardian bathroom! It throws out some heat and the towel rails are great! Very easy to fihang bath towels on! A few other reviews said the towel rails were too tight, I haven’t found this problem at all! Very happy and a huge upgrade from my ladder towel rail!

Lovely Radiator

We purchased this radiator for our new en-suite bathroom and wanted a radiator that would have a high heat output (yet to be tested - we will see this winter!). It's a very attractive radiator and looks nice. The picture makes it look bigger than it is but it works well in the space. The towel rails are quite tight so works well with smaller towels but would not be suitable for large bath towels. Overall we are pleased with the product.
