Gravity Fed Systems: If you live in an older property, there’s a good chance you have a low-pressure gravity-fed system. This shower valve requires a minimum pressure of 0.5 bar, therefore, we recommend installing a negative or universal pump (sold separately). Please note: Positive pumps will not work.

Hello there, Thank you for your question. 38 degrees is a preset safety mark on the item. This can be exceeded manually. There is a push-button on the valve that will need to be pushed in before you exceed this. Kind Regards.

Box Was Battered and Open

The description doesn't tell you if it's supposed to come with a wall mounting kit, so I had to buy those separately. But they could've been pinched out of the box as it was badly torn and looks like it's been kicked around the warehouse. The shower it's self is fine, works fine, and looks good. It's very well priced so I'm still happy with the purchase, just a little frustrated at the description and presentation.
