Hi how thick is the glass and do i need a tray riser kit ? thanks mike.

Hello, Thank you for your question. This item uses 5mm toughened safety glass. A riser kit is only needed in certain installation circumstances. I would recommend checking with an installer first. Kind Regards.

Do you do a leg riser and panel kit for this shower tray?

Hi Garry, This Newark tray is compatible with a riser kit. When this product is added to you basket an 'essential items' bar will pop up. This will show you the riser kit you need. Alternatively if you type part number 'LEGB' into our search bar it will show you the required riser kit. All the best, Shaun

If I am not home when the delivery arrives, what happens?

Larger pallet couriers will contact you on the day to let you know a rough time for delivery, due to the size and cost, a signature is always required.
We always suggest someone is home to accept the delivery, as missing your delivery may result in a re-delivery fee being charged.

If the courier has left you a calling card you may contact them directly to rearrange delivery for a more convenient time. If you have not received a calling card, we will be able to assist you in re-booking delivery. Can I modify an existing order?

Orders can be updated and modified up until the picking process begins. To amend your order please get in touch via Live Chat or by emailing us at info@victorianplumbing.co.uk.

Can you leave my delivery with a neighbour if necessary?

We can only deliver and accept signatures from the delivery address as per the order.
