Good quality product and good value....BUT, you need to purchase reducer TSG1-REDUCER to reduce down to 40mm. The waste outlet is non standard; 50mm compression or 50mm solvent fitting will not fit.

I purchased this tray former kit for a shower room I was building. In general it is good for a budget tray. I had to trim it down a fraction to fit my needs but this was easily done. The tray has been installed and tiled over with no problems at all. Negatives - I'm not sure I'd consider this a complete kit. It only comes with enough tape and sealing gum to seal the edges of the tray and not the upright corners of the enclosure I created. I ended up buying another tanking kit with more tape and gum to fully tank my enclosure. - The waste supplied is pretty good, however I wanted to use 50mm waste pipe and the adapter supplied to convert the waste to 50mm was a very loose fit. Just make sure you use plenty of solvent weld and test it before you cover it all up. Mine worked out just fine. Overall this isn't a bad budget tray, it installed well and I'm happy with it. However, given how expensive everything else for the shower room has been I can't help wonder if I should have spent a little more.
