We could not be without one of these.

A direct replacement for the one we bought over 5 years ago. We could not be without it. Every home should have one. So hygienic and has reduced dramatically the amount of toilet paper we use as well as no sore bottoms anymore. Adjustable settings to suit all members of a family. The only better solution would be built into a more expensive new Toilet rather than just a new Seat.

1 Year Warranty

This is a great seat and functions well. After 3 years it has developed cracks on the seat above the front seat supports. We are not heavy people so the cause of this is a mystery. The warranty is only for 1 year and there are no spare parts available. So be prepared for a relatively short life expectancy for the seat.

Great Product

Item arrived very quickly and was relatively easy to fix and set up. Item works well, although the toilet seat opening is smaller than normal especially if your a larger person. Wash sequence is good and the warm seat is a nice touch. I needed to buy a new closed cistern to fir the toilet to, as there needs to be enough clearance between the cistern and the bidet seat. I knew this from the dimensions shown and took a gamble, so no complaint, just a warning. I would recommend this product.

Cut Our Toilet Roll Consumption Massively

Wanted one for a while. Bought ours in January 2020, to be installed in April 2020, then along came covid with other ideas so it sat in a box with the rest of our bathroom suite in the garage until April 2022 when we finally got the bathroom renovated. This seat does exactly what we expected and works great. It's so much more hygienic and we've massively reduced our Toilet roll consumption too. The only issue is you cannot sit on it when the lid is closed like on a normal toilet due to the shape of the lid, and the plastic is very thin. Other than that, it's perfect.

Build Quality is poor

This is a great toilet seat with excellent features, and it's easy to install. Unfortunately we have had to return two units already as the seat is quite poor quality and has broken each time. Hopefully this is just a bad batch of items and the next one we receive won't have the same issue.
