Review From Trustpilot

It was bought as a replacement for the same part, slight changes but fit well and easy to install.

10 years of faultless operation.

After 10 years of faultless operation the mixer valve was broken by a family member. Replacing the whole shower unit was deemed a best value practice rather than changing just the insert. I would highly recommend this shower.

AG 302 Shower Valve

An excellent product. It only failed after 10 years of hard use. We enquired about it but were told that it was no longer made and supplying manufacturers have changed. This was confusing as it appears the AG302 is still available. We went ahead and sourced one.

Value for Money

I had been looking for a 'traditional look' appliance that would fit in with my bathroom suite. The original appliance I had intalled looked good but had not lasted well and since it had been quite expensive when purchased originally, I was somewhat wary of repeating the disappointment. The Ultra was less than half the price and has been functioning very well (at least twice daily) for over a year now without any of the nagging problems attendant on my old valve assembly. The only small criticism (and not a serious one I may add) is the the disc flanges which disguise the pipe entry through the wall are made of silvered plastic rather than metal like the rest of the unity and are susceptible to damage during assembly. But considering the whole unit costs less than £100 I am not complaining - the rest of the asssmbly is completely robust. So, highly recommended as a good-looking traditional valve assembly that offers very good value for money.
