what is the BTU output please and why do you not show this important figure?

Hello there Joseph, Thank you for your enquiry. The BTU is 3780 BTU and the wattage is 1108 W. These are measured at Delta T50 which is a EU and UK standard gauge for measuring the output of radiators. These figures can also be seen in the Product Info Tab on the web page. Hope this helps.

Awkward Fitting

Firstly, the radiator looks great and heats the room and towels well. However, it has been one of the worst and most difficult radiators to fit that I have ever come across. As usual with most things, the supplied wall plugs are terrible and the screw heads not much better so plan to get some better quality ones straight away. Then the problem of the screw hole positioning becomes apparent. The hole positions on the four mounting plates are not uniformly distributed making measuring up to drill a nightmare. They are not vertically or horizontally aligned with each other and, given the radiator is wall hung and very heavy, it's not easy to offer it up to mark them out. When mounting on tiles where any error can't be easily fixed it's not fun. The most infuriating bit is the two screws on the bottom brackets that are directly behind the radiator legs. When offered up to screw in, the screw head is touching the back of the pipe, meaning you have no hope of getting a screwdriver to it. Pliers used to get it started, then a universal jointed screwdriver to finish - madness. Nice now it's done but brace yourself or get your plumber a stiff drink afterwards.

Superb Radiator / Towel Rail

Love this product. Everything about it oozes quality, and boy it throws some heat out. It's heavy, so going into plaster board had to add wood noggins to support the weight. I also, used some over boarding similar to the product picture on the website. Very pleased with the results.

Great for the Job!

We bought the Yale Traditional wall hung radiator for our new En-Suite Bathroom. We were looking for a large Retro radiator that suited our Village House. The product is of good build quality and bangs out ample heat to heat the Bathroom, and warm plenty of Towels! You will need a Masonry wall to fit this radiator to. It is pretty heavy! But at 630mm wide, it's one of the bigger Traditional Towel Rail radiators you can get! I would recommend this product!
