We got in touch and they responded straight away, offering either a refund or replacement. We chose a replacement and it arrived within a couple of days with no hassle at all. Really impressed with how quickly they sorted it, and the tiles themselves are excellent quality. Would definitely use them again.

28th March 2026Tiles are well made and a great price. I have no problems with the products at all however I had these delivered with a shower screen, which is also very nice, but the delivery men insisted on ‘kerbside’ only. As a woman on her own, the rain gushing down, they wouldn’t bring the 2 extremely heavy items to the door. So I had to beg an neighbour for help. Absolutely appalling delivery service.
